In late August 2002, Jerry Sorkin, founder of J.M. Sorkin, hosted an evening honoring Ed Rendell, in support of his campaign to become Governor of Pennsylvania. The Mayor (formerly Philadelphia’s popular two-term Mayor, and under the Clinton administration, Chairman of the National Democratic Committee) spoke about the diversity of Philadelphia and the city’s economic success and cultural progress during his administration and his visions for similar advancement for Pennsylvania’s diverse population.

It was an evening enjoyed by all!!!
Best of all, Ed Rendell has been elected Pennsylvania's new Governor!
